Why Us?
The Team Up

Our Origins

When a door closes, open a window.

This space is our window.

We met in a collaboration group for leading creatives which ran its course. Missing the live interaction with fellow creatives, we built a space for such discussion. One that could be connected with any other community in the creative space.

Who Are You?
Meet the Team

Josh Nard

I share a passion with my client’s business goals by evaluating customer barriers and bright spots for intelligent brand engagement. With Forrester CX-II certifications and a decade of service design practice, I lead an engagement strategy team for several clients.

Prior to Razorfish, I created and led a product team for United Airline’s global operations which connected product strategy with UX design. This included working with employee field teams on change management efforts while defining agile design practices to prioritize and accelerate delivery. At Accenture Digital/Interactive (and then later Fjord, now Song) I was the research practice lead that developed the practice for Accenture Interactive (now Song). For nearly two decades I’ve optimized product experiences measured between VoC and business metrics (qual/quant) with enterprise-level CX work.

My focus lately connects client CX data, design, and marketing goals to champion their commerce success. As an example, in four months my team delivered a global travel, real-time data-rich compensation app with change management for agent roll out adoption . This contributed to United’s CX score by nearly 3 points, worth ~402 million.

With over fifteen years overseeing customer journey strategy and product teams, I’ve supported leadership with GtM planning with financial ROI or ROC (customer). I thrive blueprinting brands with end-to-end CX that is KPI measured, with companies such as United, Stellantis, T-Mobile, Marriott, Caterpillar and Samsung.

Lindsey MacNeil

Design, creative, quality and enablement expert specializing in cultural transformation that supports innovation and the execution of business strategy.

Every company and sector sees where they want to go. Yet often within enterprise teams and departments their unique interpretations don’t align to that corporate vision. Most small businesses assume they have an aligned vision and strategy, they often disproved this at launch or when moving for seed or series A funding. I work with organizations facing such challenges to shape their strategies and internal processes. Defining and refining executable road maps and help drive implementations that foster innovation longer term.

► Value proposition discovery and evolution: aligning the brand, mission and product intents with outside translations.

► Defining near term strategies and long-term visions for agile service, customer and product roadmaps.

► End-to-end ownership of critical vision, brand and strategic projects.

► Internal consultant and partner with departments such as compliance, legal, risk, as well as senior leadership.

► Strategic design direction, management and oversight of creative, writing and front-end development.
